Margot was great. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She found us several comps in the location and price point we wanted, helped point out pros and cons of various buildings, construction styles, association details, etc. Once we were ready to make an offer she helped facilitate the rest of the transaction proving referrals for appraisal, inspection, financing, legal, and anything else we needed. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll be working with Margot again in the future.
